We felt so bad for that poor woman - she was a rock star doing everything she could to keep up, but that line snaked all over the lobby. And on the topic of lines, having one person work the bar was awful. I'm pretty sure this contributed to the long entry lines. Going out to show is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience - yet, everyone we talked to was more stressed because of this. We didn't see anyone that was happy about this and we felt really bad for a young mom, who on her 1sty night away from her baby, had no access in case of emergency. Not having access to communicate with my team is also not ok.

Not being able to text my friends from the lobby, unless I stood in what looked to be a 'time out area with a security guard, is not ok. With signs all over the place that texting, video recording and talking on your cell phone are not permitted and you will be ejected without warning if caught doing so, is both reasonable and sufficient. Having to take my phone and put it in a bag that locked was ridiculously over the top. Showtime was at 5pm, but we didn't get in through security until 5:10. The line to get into the theater, should I say lines, were insanely long. This review is about the overall experience as John Mulaney was FANTASTIC. Once she was on stage it was good quality. The sound quality was awful and you couldn't understand the words. Embarrassing for Foxwoods.įor the stage - She had a video she played first. A mess, no lines, unhappy guests, stressed employees. ? Foxwoods should be humiliated to charge what they charge and have that at entrances and exits. We saw no one but him and we walked around. He said there are 20 other employees to help us. We ('the crowd') told him to relax, he's doing great, don't worry, take your time, etc. When the show was over there was 1 guy at the bottom of the escalator TOTALLY STRESSED and telling people to 'find another employee' to help unlock phones because he was so overwhelmed the crowd was surrounding him. Then you 'keep getting pushed' to the front where they lock your phone. The Foxwoods staff handed everyone a post-it note (no rhyme or reason - just whoever pushed harder to the front) with their seat number on it. There were no lines just a chaotic groups of people pushing each other (use a velvet rope Foxwoods!).

Her show was great but the venue was not.
